How Reservations Work (Organized Class or Event)
1. Check the calendar: Approved events appear in solid color. Pending requests appear as dashed blocks, meaning that time is already spoken for.
2. Submit your request: Fill out the online form and sign it electronically. The whole process takes a few minutes and replaces the paper application.
3. Your slot is held: Your requested time is reserved on the public calendar as soon as you submit, so nobody else can book over you while staff review.
4. Receive your permit: Once approved, your permit arrives by email as a PDF and your event goes live on the public calendar. Staff review typically takes 5 business days.
Please submit requests at least 7 days before your event date.
