The City of Portola accepts payments and enrollment in autopay for utility billing online.

Pay your bills online, setup autopay, and review your utility billing account history through the Portola Payment Portal. Payments can be made with a major credit card, debit or pre-paid debit card, including:

 

Note: The Portola Payment Portal is provided by Tyler Technologies, a private debit and credit card processing company that will be the Merchant of Record for all payments consumers made to City of Portola through the Portola Payment Portal. A service charge made by Tyler Technologies applies to each transaction. The amount of this charge will be provided to the cardholder for acknowledgment and acceptance prior to completion of a transaction. This processing fee is tiered, with a minimum charge of $1.50. Each tier roughly averages 3.5% of the transaction amount but percentages within the tier will vary from this average.
